Rates as of September 2010 for single treatment session (60 min): US$ 90.-
Please note that sliding scale is available after initial consultation and all efforts are made to accommodate your present financial situation.

Gift Certificate for one ½ hour treatment session (upgrade to 1 hr $25) for first time patients are available on request. Click to Print Certificate

Payment: We can accept cash or check.

Insurance: We can only accept Automobile Insurance, though occasionally Health Insurance will reimburse the patient if the receipt we can provide is submitted with a prescription.

Cancellations: This office needs 48 hours to effectively reschedule appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed for 1/2 the usual rate.
