John Rollinson, DEu, CST-D

Restore. Balance. Thrive.

Reclaiming the freedom to live well.

John Rollinson, DEu, CST-D, has worked with children and adults for more than 30 years and has maintained a full-time therapeutic practice since 2001. A certified Craniosacral Therapist and one of the few fully certified practitioners in Massachusetts, he completed the highest levels of training at the Upledger Institute under its founder, Dr. John Upledger, specializing in Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and SomatoEmotional Release (SER).

John’s primary holistic therapy practice is in Northampton, Massachusetts, with an additional practice in Philmont, New York. He works with people of all ages, offering a deeply individualized approach that supports the body’s innate capacity for healing and self-regulation. His work integrates both the physical and spiritual dimensions of well-being. He believes that every person possesses unique inner potential and the capacity for growth and meaningful change through healing, regardless of past experiences or circumstances.

Over the years, John has helped people with a wide range of physical and emotional health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other stress-related conditions; musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction affecting the neck, back, and joints; chronic pain and movement restrictions; sleep disorders and headaches; pediatric concerns, including learning and emotional challenges; asthma and breathing issues; dizziness and tinnitus; and recovery from injuries and motor vehicle accidents.

In addition to his therapeutic practice, John is a Waldorf educator and Eurythmy teacher with extensive training in Anthroposophy and the movement arts. He is the father of two children and lives in the Pioneer Valley area, western Massachusetts.
